Processing Time
  • We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Should there be any delay, you will be notified.
Shipping & Delivery
  • For domestic shipping in mainland UK, we use UPS. Royal Mail will be used for international shipments.
  • Shipping times in the UK are next day. For Europe please allow 10 working days. Rest of the world, please allowe 14 working days. Please be aware that these are approximate. During busy times shipping can take slightly longer.
  • We are able to provide express courier service via UPS, this will be at a higher cost and is available during the checkout process.
  • All items are shipped with tracking numbers
  • All items are shipped from London, UK.
  • VAT will be deducted at the checkout for all items shipped to non-EU addresses.

Please note, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We regret that no returns are possible on custom-made orders. Please include a note with your full contact information, your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Before sending your return, please contact us at and we will send you a ‘Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)’ form for you to fill out online.

After the RMA form has been completed please return the merchandise to the address below. We advise you to use an insured and trackable carrier for your return. We cannot be responsible for either unauthorised returns or returns lost or damaged in transit back to us. Returns are generally processed within 7 working days of receipt.


Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
